Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of performance, reliability, and scalability of applications, infrastructure, networks, and hardware
- Implementation of new programs and software
- Proactively work to improve and enhance efficiencies or programs and process across the OIS IT platform
- Ensure IT systems and procedures adhere to applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure an effective information security program
- Develop guidelines, processes, and best practices for information security, system implementations, etc. Responsible for training staff on said processes.
- Ensure technology projects have strong project management structure, development methods, and lifecycle management. Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget constraints
- Help IT department choose the best vendors, applications, and programs
- Be adaptive and agile to an ever changing business and business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field
- 5 years of professional IT experience
- 2 years in an IT management role
- Experience with managing IT platforms including F&A, and operational software systems
- Experience with data management tools
- Experience with managing integrations among various technologies
- Proficient in O365 Suite
- Experience managing and working extensively with a CRM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
